Team Mexico arrives to Antalya, Turkey

5 junior athletes from Mexican National Wushu Team have arrived to Antalya, Turkey. The Mexican team is getting ready to compete in the Junior World Wushu Competition which will take place this week (12th of march to the 17th). The team is integrated by; Coach Jose Luis Gonzales, (Group A) Daniela Zuñiga, Yotekatl Guerero, Edgar Menchaca, (Group C) Adalberto Morales, and Juan Perez.

The team lead by Adrian Teyechea president of the Mexican Federation, is looking to obtain a pass to participate in the 2014 Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China. Only the top 6 group A athletes from this World Junior Wushu Chamiponships will be able to compete at the 2014 Youth Olympics. It is expected that the IWUF will distribute 20 wildcards among the continental federations around the world.

This tournament is expected to hold more than 100 countries with more than 300 athletes from around the world. More information and videos about this World Competition will be posted soon here on JIAYOOWUSHU!
